Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding academic, personal, or social issues.
Conduct career guidance sessions, aptitude tests, and counseling workshops.
Identify students at risk and develop intervention strategies.
Maintain confidentiality and accurate records of counseling sessions.
Collaborate with faculty, parents, and management to support student development.
Organize seminars, awareness programs, and mental health initiatives.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
Stay updated with counseling techniques, educational trends, and mental health resources.

Requirements:
2 5 years of experience in student counseling, career guidance, or psychological support.
Experience in educational institutions or youth development programs preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive issues with empathy and confidentiality.

Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Psychology, Education, Counseling, Social Work, or related fields.
Professional counseling certifications (preferred: career guidance, mental health, or student counseling).
Knowledge of counseling tools, assessment tests, and career guidance methods.
