Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Structural Engineer with a strong focus on design, you ll collaborate with architects, designers, and fellow engineers to develop creative, safe, and cost-effective structural systems. Your work will directly influence how structures look and perform from concept to construction documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the structural design of commercial, residential, and/or industrial buildings.
  • Perform detailed calculations, structural analysis, and modeling using software such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or Revit.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure structural solutions align with architectural intent.
  • Prepare structural drawings, specifications, and documentation for permit and construction.
  • Participate in design reviews and coordinate with contractors during the construction phase.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and standards.


  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in structural design.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis/design software and CAD/BIM tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
