Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Our client, a leading skincare and beauty company in Lebanon is looking for a Structural Packaging Designer to help them build innovative, sustainable, and functional packaging solutions that reflect their values and vision.
This role is ideal for someone who blends engineering precision with creative thinking and is eager to collaborate across departments to bring products to life.
Responsibilities:
Design primary, secondary & tertiary packaging thats smart, sustainable, and on-brand
Research materials and industry trends to propose innovative solutions
Build dummies, 3D mockups, and functional prototypes
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, production & package development teams
Coordinate packaging development across multiple suppliers
Conduct testing & validation to ensure quality and production compatibility
Provide training and guidance on packaging design tools and processes
Run Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) to measure environmental impact and drive sustainability decisions
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Design, or similar
2+ years of experience in packaging development
Experience with LCA and software like ArtiosCAD or Rhinoceros
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
A mindset focused on sustainability, quality, and continuous improvement
