Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Structural Foreman to supervise and manage steel structure erection works at our project site in Riyadh. The candidate must have proven experience in steel fabrication and erection projects, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate site teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee daily steel structure erection activities on site.
  • Manage site workforce and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Review and interpret structural drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety procedures, and schedules.
  • Monitor manpower, equipment, and materials for efficient utilization.
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings and enforce safety regulations.
  • Prepare and submit daily progress reports to site management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in structural steel erection projects.
  • Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, erection techniques, and safety standards.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and manage site execution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
