Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine the specifications required for each project, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Select appropriate materials for construction, taking into consideration factors like strength, weight, and environmental conditions to optimize structural integrity.
  • Fabricate metal components using cutting, welding, and assembly techniques, ensuring precision and durability in every piece produced.
  • Conduct inspections of fabricated structures to identify defects or areas for improvement, implementing necessary corrections to meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to provide insights on design feasibility and potential challenges during the fabrication process.
  • Operate heavy machinery and tools safely, adhering to all safety regulations and best practices to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Assist in the installation of structural components on-site, coordinating with other trades to ensure seamless integration into the overall project.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions, fostering a collaborative and productive work atmosphere.
