Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Provide expert structural engineering guidance throughout all phases of the project.
Conduct high-level design reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and regulatory codes.
Perform technical analysis to support design decisions and resolve engineering challenges.
Collaborate with architects, infrastructure engineers, and consultants to ensure integrated and efficient structural solutions.
Review and validate structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.
Support the development of structural design strategies and value engineering initiatives.
Monitor design progress and provide input to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably on large-scale developments.
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree or chartered status preferred.
Strong technical and analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex structural problems.
Experience in high-level design review and design governance.
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with Saudi building codes and regional engineering standards is an advantage.
