We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facades Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Facades Structural Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, analysing, and ensuring the structural integrity of building facades and related elements. This position involves collaborating closely with architects, designers, and project managers to deliver innovative and aesthetically pleasing facade solutions while adhering to safety and structural standards.

Description Responsibilities:

1. Structural Analysis: Conduct thorough structural analysis of building facades, curtain walls, glass panels, and other related elements using industry-standard software and techniques to ensure their stability, durability, and safety.

2. Design and Development: Collaborate with architectural and design teams to develop creative and functional facade designs that meet aesthetic, structural, and performance requirements.

3. Material Selection: Advise on suitable materials for facade construction considering factors such as load-bearing capacity, weather resistance, thermal performance, and visual impact.

4. Code Compliance: Ensure that all facade designs and installations adhere to local and international building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

5. Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of facade systems into overall building plans and schedules.

6. Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical documents to communicate design intent and construction requirements to various project teams.

7. Quality Control: Oversee and review fabrication and installation processes to ensure that facades are built according to the approved designs and standards.

8. Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve any structural challenges or issues that arise during the design and construction phases, providing efficient and effective solutions.
