Preparation of Fabrication drawings & 3D Drawing.

• Preparation of Bulk MTO.
• Checking Drawings.
• Preparation of Tubular Profile.
• Generate Templates for profiles of different shapes.
• Site survey, manual drafting.
• Generate Design drawing.
• Preparation of Detailed drawings
• Preparation of As-Built drawings
• Interference checking of structure with Piping, Equipment, E&I etc.
• Preparation and Checking of MTO
• Preparation of nesting sheet for plate cutting & Tubular.
• Preparation of 3D models & presentation.
• Preparation of Crane Lifting plan.
• Preparation of Yard layout as per project Schedule.
• Preparing Transmittals/DIN.
• Printing/Scanning/Copying/Folding of Drawings and Documents.
• Data Entry (Joint Entries & BOM update in Ealps System).
• Carry out other activities as required/asked by seniors from time to time.
• Comply with HSE rules of company.
• Making manual sketches/ drawings with paper and pencil
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and communication skills

Tekla Proficiency:

1. Minimum 2 yr working experience in TEKLA.
2. Should be experienced with Steel detailing and modeling.
3. Experienced with General arrangement drawings, Assembly drawings generation as per requirement
4. Experienced with Template and Report customization as per requirement
5. Experienced with Custom component generation
6. Generating plate nesting and tubular nesting programs
7. Familiar with advanced option setup

Software Expertise:

AUTO CAD (2D & 3D)

MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint

Plate cutting software

Tubular cutting software

3D Max Studio (Preferable)
