Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Structural Draftsman (1 no’s )

Experience required: UAE experience (3- 5 years) in the Construction company.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Preparing both rough sketches and detailed drawings for Structural construction and fabrication

2) Co-ordination with the design and production team for fabrication

3) Communication with company internal teams and client, consultant team to address the comment in the drawing

4) Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.

5) Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team and

Ensuring final designs are compliant with specification and standard

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant UAE experience in structural drafting within the Civil or construction sector.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or other BIM tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of structural detailing, material specifications, and construction techniques.
  • Familiarity with UAE construction standards and authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, DDA, etc.).
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
