Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor junior engineers and recruit within the structural design team.
• Stay updated with technological advancements and incorporate them into design processes.
• Liaise with clients to understand project goals, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Develop cost-effective, innovative solutions while maintaining high safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field required.
• Proven experience in structural design and engineering solutions is a must.
• Proficiency in CAD software and structural analysis tools is essential.
• Excellent understanding of construction materials and techniques is necessary.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail required.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain certification preferred.
