Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Create BIM Models from 2D drawing provided by Clients.
  • Develop Revit Models Further from LOD 200 up to LOD 400
  • Preparing and managing shop drawings, schedules, and quantities derived from BIM models.
  • Ensure adherence to BIM workflows and Company Standards.
  • Collaborate with Structural, MEP engineers, and other consultants to align and integrate models.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications Essential:

  • Bachelor s degree in Structural Engineering.
  • 2-5 Years of Experience.
  • Experience in Shop Drawings Generated from Revit Models.
  • Awareness of BIM Workflows and Good knowledge working with BIM Execution Plans.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and Autocad software.
  • Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Preferred:
  • Familiarity with Dynamo, Python, or other scripting tools for BIM automation.
  • Knowledge of international BIM standards like ISO 19650 and BS1192.
