Roles & Responsibilities

Overview

You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside program and project managers in delivering a host of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our diverse customer base. You derive energy from working with others of diverse backgrounds and engaging directly with customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role offers a range of responsibilities and possibilities:

Strategy planning

  • Co-Develop and maintain Operating plans for SGS, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and mission.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Identify and evaluate new service opportunities, developing business cases to support strategic investments.
  • Prepare and present strategic planning reports and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Support the development of transformation programs that align with strategic plans.
  • Coordinate with communication team to articulate SGS plans to rest of organization.
  • Schedule, prepare the SGS Strategy Board including the documentation and tracking of follow-up actions.

Performance Management

  • Oversee performance KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations
  • Monitor and measure performance against KPIs, ensuring compliance with goals and identifying areas for improvement
  • Continuously review and update performance KPIs to reflect changing business needs, customer requirements, and industry best practices
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to performance management, including policies, procedures, and performance metrics
  • Complete extensive business reviews on regular basis
  • Build and manage risk register for SGS.
  • Coordinate internal SGS Monthly Review and Quarterly business reviews with corporate team.

Desired Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in a Corporate Development / Strategic Finance role or alternatively 2-3 years in Consulting.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation projects or complex initiatives aligned with strategic business goals.
  • A track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership.
  • Practical experience in monitoring program progress, risk management, and implementing corrective actions.
  • History of managing stakeholder communications and facilitating change management initiatives, including hosting advisory boards or steering committees.
