Strategy Manager (Dubai opportunity)

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Execution
• Support the CSO in formulating execution plan, executing and tracking of the companys long-term strategic vision and goals.
• Building tools and processes for monitoring implementation of business strategies and regular structured updates to Executive management
• Collaborate across Business, Function and Country teams to align strategic initiatives with operational capabilities.
2. Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the agri-industry.
• Analyze competitor strategies, customer needs, and emerging technologies to inform decision-making.
• Financial evaluation of potential partnerships, acquisitions, and investments to drive growth and innovation.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress of strategic initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership and board members.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

1. Financial Modeling & Forecasting:
• Develop financial models to evaluate the feasibility and ROI of strategic initiatives, including but not limited to capital investments, acquisitions, etc. Support Capital Investments Review Committee in the decision making process and review of capex projects on regular basis.
• Creating long-term financial forecasts and scenario planning for Group and its subsidiaries, to guide strategic decisions.
2. Budgeting & Resource Allocation:
• Assist in the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Recommend resource allocation strategies to maximize returns on investment.
