Strategy and Corporate Development Executive

As a Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in driving the company's strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.

Help us shape the future of communications by:

• Managing an active pipeline of potential acquisitions and partnership opportunities and conducting in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses supporting business cases for M&A opportunities

• Marketing, structuring, and executing transactions from start to close

• Conducting industry and product research

• Managing due diligence processes, external advisors, and support teams

• Participating in strategic decision-making to assess and select potential actions to expand capabilities through initiatives and working with internal partners to implement and drive organizational changes

• Preparing presentations for management to the highest professional services standards

• Supporting the execution of internal governance processes (reporting KPIs, etc.), PMO

What you'll bring:

• Hands-on 7+ years of total experience with 4+ years of recent experience in an Investment Bank, Management Consultancy (with M&A focus), and Big 4

• Experience in Venture Capital and corporate development is a plus

• Transaction experience; understanding of tech/SaaS is desirable

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related fields

• Can-do attitude, results-driven, comfortable with and looking to work in a dynamic, growth environment, and eager to learn person

• Detail-oriented with an aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and develop innovative solutions

• A team player who wants and likes to win as a team, ability to listen, collaborate, and partner with key internal and external stakeholders

• Strong analytical capabilities (modeling, definition of KPIs, etc), and detail-oriented

• Fluent in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills
