Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The position will be based at Visa s CEMEA headquarters in Dubai - preferred market experience from SSA Region. Specific Responsibilities Include:
Independently lead and design part of a strategy that enables strong sustainable competitive advantage for Visa and generates tangible impact on Visa s performance
Breakdown complex business problems, define a structured approach to addressing the component parts, independently formulate hypothesis and support project workstreams
Drive deep quantitative and qualitative analytical insight bringing a fresh and differentiated perspective, and supporting proposed recommendations
Drive thought leadership with creative, novel, disruptive, but highly practical and implementable solutions to the challenges faced by business owners
Ensure strategies and execution programs developed drive tangible commercial impact, secure active stakeholder buy-in and provide a clear actionable path to implementation
Develop frameworks that support the prioritization of strategic initiatives and evaluate investment opportunities for their strategic and financial value.
Develop clear, simple and impactful executive level communications, with a strong ability to persuade and influence senior decision makers
Demonstrate outstanding people skills including supporting colleagues and acting as a magnet for future top talent to the strategy team
Desired Candidate Profile
Basic Qualifications (must-have)
Bachelor s Degree
2 or more years of work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking or equivalent
Prior experience working and living in the Sub Saharan Africa region is a must
