• Define and manage the company's overall marketing strategy.
• Develop and manage the brand image (branding, positioning and notori).
• Build and manage an ambitious brand and product offer strategy consistent with the company's commercial performance objectives, while preparing their adaptation to high-potential international markets.
• Orchestrate the communication and positioning of the brand with the target customers, integrating the realities of the Algerian market and the specific expectations of the strategic export markets.

• Bac+5 in marketing / strategy / business school.
• 5 years of experience in strategic marketing or brand management (industry or FMCG).
• Excellent knowledge of 360° marketing, storytelling, branding.
• Collaborative leadership, analytical skills, agility and impactful communication.
