Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials such as wood, plywood, veneers, laminates, hardware fittings, adhesives, and tools.

Ensure proper labeling, storage, and stacking of all materials to prevent damage or deterioration.

Maintain accurate stock records (manual and ERP/system-based) of all materials and consumables.

Issue materials to the production team as per approved requisitions.

Conduct periodic stock checks and reconcile with system records.

Monitor minimum stock levels and prepare material requirement lists for procurement.

Coordinate with the purchase and production departments to ensure timely availability of materials.

Handle returnable materials and ensure proper documentation.

Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store area.

Ensure that tools and equipment are properly tracked, maintained, and returned after use.

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
