Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment to customers
Unpack, label, and store incoming goods in designated locations
Maintain accurate records of inventory
Monitor stock and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Conduct regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records
Conduct routine quality checks on products to identify damaged or expired items
Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of equipment spare parts used in the storage and handling of inventory
Report any equipment spare parts malfunctions for prompt repairs or replacements
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar role
Familiarity with inventory management software and systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
