1. Sorts all products according to their categories.

2. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods (tiles, sanitary items, furniture) against packing list.

3. Ensure proper storage, stacking, and labelling of products to prevent damage and facilitate easy retrieval.

4. Prepare and issue goods for delivery as per sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.

5. Handle loading and unloading of goods with care, using equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) when necessary.

6. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and update inventory system regularly.

7. Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile with upper management.

8. Ensure safe handling of heavy and fragile products (ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, furniture).

9. Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

10. Report any damages, shortages, discrepancies, or missing items immediately to the supervisor.

11. Maintain proper documentation of receipts, transfers, and dispatches.

12. Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

13. Support audits and inspections as required.

14. Issues random inventory on items with high rotation ratio.

15. Keeps all up-to-date filing.

16. Performs other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labelling supplies.

17. Undertakes any other reasonable tasks as requested by the Management.
