Job Summary:
The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing the inventory of materials, tools, and equipment in the warehouse. You will ensure that all items are properly stored, accounted for, and distributed as needed to maintain efficient production operations. The Storekeeper will also play a key role in monitoring stock levels and placing orders to prevent shortages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and properly store materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse, ensuring easy access to all items.
• Keep accurate records of all inventory, including quantities, stock movements, and deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders as necessary to prevent production delays.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Issue and distribute materials and tools to production teams as requested.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of items in line with safety standards.
• Maintain records of material usage and assist with cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate in supply chain management or inventory control is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage stock discrepancies.
