Client of Al Majal Human Resources

We are seeking a Storekeeper to join the Al Majal team in Basra.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Receiving incoming shipments, inspecting for accuracy and ensuring proper documentation
• Organizing and maintaining inventory within the storage area, optimizing space and accessibility
• Conducting regular stock checks and reconcile inventory levels with records to identify discrepancies
• Preparing items for delivery or shipment, ensuring proper packaging and documentation
• Recording all transactions accurately, including quantities issued, recipients, and purposes
• Keeping documentation related to inventory management organized and up-to-date
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations governing the handling and storage of materials
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management
• Collaborating closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to coordinate inventory activities
