Store Officer

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming deliveries of tools, parts, and materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of items
• Issue materials to technicians based on approved requisitions
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system data
• Track stock movements and generate inventory reports
• Coordinate restocking with procurement and logistics teams
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store
• Handle returns of defective or excess stock to suppliers
• Assist in forecasting materials for upcoming projects.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer applications (MS Excel, Word).
• Ability to lift or move materials safely.
• Knowledge of air conditioning components and spare parts is an added advantage.
