Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations by overseeing sales performance, inventory management, and customer service to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive growth and profitability while aligning with corporate objectives.
  • Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and attract customers, ensuring promotional displays reflect current campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions that optimize inventory levels and product assortment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention measures to maintain a secure and efficient store environment.
  • Engage with customers to build relationships, gather feedback, and resolve issues, creating a loyal customer base and positive brand image.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, demonstrating fiscal responsibility and strategic resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely restocking and quality control of merchandise.
  • Drive community engagement initiatives and local marketing efforts to boost store visibility and foster goodwill within the neighborhood.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fields preferred for a solid foundational understanding of retail operations.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of Jewellery Store management experience, showcasing a proven track record of driving sales and managing teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills can be advantageous for diverse customer interactions.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a knack for motivating teams and instilling a sense of ownership among employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers and team members alike.
