Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Zodiac stores in various locations

  • Abas Al Akad
  • City Mall, Shubra
  • Gesr EL Suez

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. The role also includes driving sales performance, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment that reflects the brand s image.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for fashion retail, and the ability to achieve targets while motivating and developing a team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in managing a clothing retail store.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team.
  • Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Sales & Performance: Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Operational Skills: Ability to manage inventory, oversee merchandising, and ensure proper store presentation.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
