Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily store operations, ensuring effective merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to company standards.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and goal-oriented environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, achieve profitability targets, and expand the customer base.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints to ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Monitor store performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate regular reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements relevant to retail operations in Madinah.
  • Oversee cash management, merchandising, stock levels, and store presentation to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to coordinate local campaigns and product launches.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of proven experience in retail management, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS/ERP systems.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a drive for excellence and innovation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
