Store Manager

We are looking to hire an experienced store manager who will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, organizing and assessing day to day operations of the store. The role requires managing, training of the staffs on the brand standard and ensure compliance of all the aspect of the products which delivered to the customers.

The Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operations.
• Deliver superior guest service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Train and supervise the staffs
• Setting, monitoring and assessing standard procedure for staff performance, duties and responsibilities.
• Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly followed and are as per local municipality regulations. (Baladiya)
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding Cash handling, safe guarding company s asset, inventory management and product management.
• Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability and order product as necessary.
• Creating a friendly and welcoming environment for both customers and staffs.
• Monitoring and keeping track of service complaints and feedback from the customers to ensure satisfaction both product quality and service.
• Managing store administrative tasks which includes preparation of monthly employee s payroll, checking the store and employee s mandatory documents (Licenses/Civil ID expiration/ Health card expiration etc.

The Qualifications:

• At least 5 7 years of experience in stores Food & Beverage
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to details
• Related business degree or equivalent professional qualification
