Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the store, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and customer service standards.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales staff.
  • Analyze sales trends and optimize store performance to achieve an annual sales goal
  • Ensure proper visual merchandising, inventory control, and compliance with brand standards.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure productivity and growth.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in store management within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Team Management: Proven experience in managing a minimum of 10 staff.
  • Sales: Managed a store with a yearly turnover of at least AED 10 million
