Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company standards.
  • Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual display standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate store teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor P&L, budget control, and cost optimization.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and store audit standards.
  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns at the store level.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in store management within a Hypermarket or Supermarket environment (UAE or GCC preferred).
  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • Proven record in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs.
  • Flexible to work across shifts and weekends as per retail operations.
