Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, receipts, and issues, to minimize discrepancies and ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Process and reconcile supplier invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments to maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Oversee the receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming goods, ensuring quality control and adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and process payments to vendors, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement while adhering to company policies and financial regulations.
  • Coordinate and conduct regular physical inventory counts to verify stock accuracy, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
  • Reconcile vendor statements with the company's records, investigating and resolving any discrepancies to maintain accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and inventory movements, for audit purposes.
