We are seeking a Storekeeper – Dubai to manage spare parts inventory, documentation, and supplier coordination. This role ensures that the workshop and operations teams have the necessary parts and materials available, supporting timely maintenance and uninterrupted equipment operations. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Spare Parts Management • Track and record spare parts movements accurately • Schedule and communicate restocking with the Operations Engineer and Procurement Officer • Track local and overseas orders for spare parts • Perform partial monthly and full quarterly audits Supplier & Operations Coordination • Liaise with suppliers for quotations, purchasing, and deliveries • Communicate parts availability with the Operations Engineer to support maintenance scheduling Documentation & Shipping • Prepare and compile shipping documents for spare parts • Maintain accurate records of all spare parts movements and transactions
