Maintain proper records of all the entries of the products with the required inputs.

Receive materials from agencies and dealers, ensuring they are in good condition and verifying specified quality standards.

Prepare Monthly & Annually Material consumption & requirement reports.

Ensure timely availability of inputs (e.g., hygiene products, packaging materials, stationery) and packing materials, alerting management promptly regarding reorder timings based on fruit and vegetable stock movement.

Prevent misuse of store inputs, related to fruits and vegetables.

Ensure all transactions related to fruit and vegetable stock are accurately recorded in Odoo.

Ensure the proper tagging of identification slip and bin cards on each item.

Sending and receiving receipt of job work material.

Supervise store labors and getting results through efficient & effective way.

Maintaining Stock Report for Consumables and Packing material

Conduct monthly physical stock reconciliations, with a specific emphasis on fruits and vegetables.

Maintain comprehensive records of open yard activities in collaboration with the Sales team, focusing on fruit and vegetable handling.

Document and monitor stock movements of fruits and vegetables from packhouse to stores and between different stores, including the dry store, ensuring proper inventory management and minimizing wastage.

Respond to internal inquiries regarding stock availability, delivery schedules, and related logistics.

Carry out any other activities as and when required by the reporting Manager.
