Missions

Main missions:

Management of raw material flows (paper, inks and consumables) and other inventory chapters (car spare parts and technical maintenance)

Ensure the availability of the stocks needed for production

Optimizes inventory levels and ensures inventory accuracy

Missions and tasks:

Manage stock inflows, outflows and reintegrations into the ERP system

Supervise the reception of quality and quantity, storage and monitoring of raw materials and supplies

Ensure the availability of materials needed for production orders

Plan replenishments in connection with purchasing and production

Carry out regular inventories and analyse discrepancies

Update performance indicators (turnover, breakage rate.)

Propose optimization actions for backlogged inventory

Comply with security and storage standards

Mentor and supervise the team's work

Stopping safety stocks by type of BOM

Participate in the development of the raw material supply plan

Pay particular attention to the management of stocks of hazardous materials and products
