Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and monitoring inventory levels of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished dairy products within the production facility.
  • Ensures that production lines are adequately stocked, materials are rotated efficiently, and inventory records are accurate to support continuous and compliant manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor stock levels of raw milk, cultures, additives, and packaging materials required for daily production.
  • Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.
  • Track usage rates and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
  • Issue and backflush materials against production orders in SAP with 100% accuracy
  • Coordinate with warehouse and cold storage teams to manage stock movement efficiently.
  • Conduct daily stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system records.
  • Use ERP / SAP or inventory management systems to update stock movements and generate reports.
  • Work closely with production supervisors, quality assurance, and procurement teams.
  • Support production planning by providing real-time inventory data and forecasts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Eng, Supply Chain, Food Technology, Dairy tec or related field.
  • 2+ years in inventory or stock control within a food or dairy production environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Understanding of dairy production processes and material flow.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production schedules.
  • Dairy production facility with exposure to cold storage and wet areas.
