Responsibilities:

• Generating invoices based on completed transactions or services rendered. This involves accurately capturing details such as item descriptions, quantities, prices, and any applicable taxes or discounts and matching the terms agreed upon.
• Working closely with other departments such as sales, finance, and customer service to streamline invoicing processes and address any issues that arise.
• Tracking payments to ensure invoices are paid on time
• Keeping thorough records of invoices, payments received, and outstanding balances.
• Organizing and maintaining physical or digital records related to incoming and outgoing deliveries, including delivery notes
• Providing support to customers or clients regarding billing inquiries or concerns.
• Working closely with the warehouse team to reconcile inventory discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Updating the Warehouse Management System or delivery tracking system with real-time information on the status of the order.
• Communicating with the warehouse team to ensure that inventory movements (receipts, withdrawals, transfers) are accurately recorded in both the warehouse management system (WMS) and the invoicing or accounting system.
