Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor raw materials and finished goods levels to support production.
  • Maintain minimum stock levels and ensure accurate ERP postings.
  • Manage and train stock controllers and storekeepers.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, procurement, and finance teams.
  • Oversee stock movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
  • Conduct spot checks, cycle counts, and support stock audits.
  • Prepare and present stock reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, audit, and internal control standards.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to reduce stock losses.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 10 years of progressive experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain management, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Professional certification in Supply Chain Management or Inventory Control
  • Strong expertise in ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • English: Fluent (spoken and written).
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting abilities.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
