Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced *Stock Control Auditor* with a strong background in retail inventory management. The ideal candidate will have *5 to 7 years* of relevant experience and *hands-on knowledge of the Odoo system*. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of stock data, conducting periodic audits, identifying discrepancies, and recommending improvements to inventory processes.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct regular and surprise stock audits across retail outlets and warehouses.
* Analyze inventory variances and investigate root causes of discrepancies.
* Reconcile physical stock with system records using Odoo or related inventory systems.
* Monitor and report on stock movement, shrinkage, and obsolete items.
* Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams for audit planning and resolution.
* Develop audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations.
* Assist in implementing internal controls and best practices for inventory management.
* Train and support staff on inventory control procedures and Odoo system use.
Desired Candidate Profile
*Requirements:*
* *5 to 7 years* of experience in stock control, inventory auditing, or retail operations.
* *Proven experience with the Odoo inventory management system* is a strong advantage.
* Solid understanding of retail supply chain, warehousing, and inventory processes.
* High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
*Preferred:*
* Experience in a multi-branch retail environment.
Experience in Clothes field .
* Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
