Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Steward is responsible to ensure a clean and sanitary work environment in the kitchen and stewarding areas, and to wash, clean and stock operating equipment and kitchen utensils.

  • Basic knowledge of Kitchen Hygiene / 1-2 years work experience as Steward in a hotel or restaurant with good standards desirable
  • Work experience as in hotel operations (preferably)
  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Schedule flexibility is necessary and ability to multi-task.
