Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all sterile production operations to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to meet output targets and maintain product quality.
- Oversee the training, performance, and development of sterile production staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Coordinate with quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams to optimize workflow and resolve production issues.
- Ensure all documentation, batch records, and SOPs are accurately maintained and updated in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime in sterile manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and control inventory of raw materials, consumables, and finished products within the sterile production section.
- Investigate and address deviations, non-conformities, and customer complaints related to sterile production.
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and prompt resolution of findings.
- Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental protocols within the sterile production area.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sterile pharmaceutical production or a closely related field.
- Proven track record in leading and managing production teams within a GMP-regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of sterile manufacturing processes, equipment, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs for production staff.
- Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation practices.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
