Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate welding equipment and machinery to fabricate metal structures, ensuring precision and safety at all times.
  • Maintain an organized and safe workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations to prevent accidents.
  • Assemble fabricated components using tools and equipment, ensuring proper alignment and secure connections.
  • Select appropriate materials for projects, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness while adhering to industry standards.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specific fabrication needs and project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in steel fabrication or a related field, showcasing a solid track record.
  • Certifications in welding (e.g., AWS, ASME) are essential, demonstrating proficiency in various welding techniques.
  • Experience working with structural steel, aluminum, and other metals in commercial or industrial applications.
  • Strong technical skills in operating fabrication machinery, including plasma cutters, saws, and welding equipment.
  • A proactive attitude towards safety and an unwavering commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
