Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and set up our fabrication lines from scratch (layout, equipment, workflows)
- Deliver spot-on estimations & BOQs for steel, aluminum, glass, GI/MS projects
- Lead daily production: cutting, welding, bending, assembly, finishing & QC
- Manage materials inventory and sourcing efficiently
- Optimize processes for speed, cost savings, and zero waste
- Guide CNC, surface treatments, and glass-integrated designs
- Collaborate with sales/design teams and mentor growing talent
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's in mechanical/production engineering
- 5+ years in steel & metal fabrication in UAE
- Proven experience building/scaling fabrication operations from zero
- Expert in estimation for steel, aluminum, glass & GI/MS works
- Skilled in AutoCAD/SolidWorks
- UAE/GCC experience a big plus
- Strong leader, problem-solver, fluent in English and (Arabic bonus)
