Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Advanced user of statistical tools and methodologies.
- Advanced user of statistical software.
- Plan, sample, collect, aggregate, analyze, visualize, and report the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are required by CBAHI, JCI, CAP accreditation standards, MOH clinical audit, Compliance checklists, Risk Management Manual, ADAA program KPIs, etc.
- Prepare the statistics of the compliance to any standards required.
- Prepare the scorecards, dashboards, and reports for the KPIs.
- Monitor the statistics of the medical audit compliance data.
- Deploy the quantitative research methodology and different epidemiological study designs.
- Can deal with all types of databases, data extraction, data cleaning, and data assembly in different formats in order to effectively analyze the data.
- Familiar with Health Information System (HIS) in order to capture the required raw data for analysis.
- Extensive experience in CBAHI, JCI, and CAP accreditation.
- Familiar with the MOH and other healthcare regulations.
- Promote and train on data management and visualization, descriptive, and inferential statistics.
- Provide full support to all internal and external stakeholders regarding the KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, benchmarks, and reporting.
Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in statistics or any relevant field of study.
- Extensive training and experience in statistics, quantitative research methodology, and study design.
- Master s degree in a relevant field is highly preferred (MPH, MSc Epidemiology & Biostatistics, etc.).
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt will be an asset.
- Certified in healthcare quality, and patient safety (e.g., CPHQ, CPPS, etc.) is highly recommended.
- Minimum 2 years of extensive experience in CBAHI, JCI, CAP, and other types of accreditations dealing with KPIs, HIS, and compliance data reports.
- Data advanced analytical skills using MS Excel and at least one of the statistical software such as Minitab, SPSS, R, Python, etc.
- Advanced user of Computers, the internet, professional email and cloud platforms, MS Office 365, etc.

- Expertise in information systems and process improvement techniques.
- Ability to analyze data and documentation of quality processes.
