Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Display & Merchandising:
Ensure all products are well-stocked, neatly arranged, and in line with brand and planogram standards.
Implement point-of-sale (POS) materials and promotional displays as per marketing campaigns.
Rotate stock using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method to minimize expiry and damage. - Inventory Management:
Monitor and replenish stock levels daily to avoid out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
Report any inventory shortages, damages, or expired items to the supervisor.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in FMCG merchandising or retail preferred
- Knowledge of local retail chains and their merchandising protocols is a plus
- English (Speaking/Written) is a mandatory requirement
