Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Design and develop static equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, storage tanks, and reactors.
  • Perform mechanical calculations and review FEA (Finite Element Analysis) for stress, fatigue, buckling, and other integrity checks.
  • Prepare technical specifications, data sheets, material requisitions, and design reports as per project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with ASME, API, TEMA, PED, ISO and other relevant international codes.
  • Review and approve equipment drawings, layouts, MTO, and vendor documents.
  • Coordinate with clients, project managers, procurement teams, and vendors for technical clarifications.
  • Participate in ASME Recertification Audits (U Stamp, U2 Stamp, S Stamp), client audits, and 3D model reviews.
  • Conduct risk assessments, root cause analysis, and propose engineering solutions.
  • Provide technical support during fabrication and installation stages.
  • Liaise with sub-vendors to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Continuously improve design processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers and draftsmen.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Experience in Static Equipment Manufacturing and EPC projects.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other 3D modeling/drafting tools.
