Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate critical thinking, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
- Promote interdisciplinary teamwork and act as a role model for nursing staff.
- Supervise junior nurses and students, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
- Participate in organizational change and perform in-charge duties when delegated.
Clinical Practice
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare facility policies.
- Utilize electronic health records (e.g., Malaffi) efficiently.
- Monitor patient conditions, escalate care as needed, and apply early warning tools.
- Manage pain assessment and treatment according to guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing OR
- Associate degree in Nursing from Canada or USA with minimum two (2) years courseduration AND
- Successful Completion Of The National Exam USA: NCLEX - RN Canada: Licensing Exam
- Required Minimum two (2) years clinical experience post qualification
