We are seeking a highly experienced analyst who can guide teams through complex projects, leveraging their deep understanding of both business and technology to drive transformative initiatives. You will play a vital role in shaping our approach to project delivery, making a significant impact on our customer relationships.
Responsibilities- Lead the analysis and modeling of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to gather, document, and validate business requirements effectively.
- Create comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to refine business needs into actionable project specifications, use cases, and process maps.
- Monitor and assess project progress, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Advocate for the adoption of best practices in business analysis and process management across the organization.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering their professional development.
- Regularly communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of successful project leadership.
