Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Process Improvement
- Monitor and Identify opportunities for process improvements across the key business areas
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging tools/technologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of the business processes
- Conduct detailed analysis on complex business challenges and guide the full process from problem identification to recommending new methodologies and tools and effective implementation
Transformation Programs
- Lead the planning and development of large-scale transformation programs and projects in line with business needs and leadership expectations.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define business problems, identify transformation needs and opportunities across the organization
- Support the development of change initiatives business cases across all the business lines.
- Ensure alignment of all projects to the organization strategic pillars and objectives
- Develop detailed project plans, RACI matrix, and governance structures to support efficient delivery of initiatives and programs.
- Monitor and provide timely updates on activities and performance of transformation projects/programs.
- Proactively identify project risks and issues and support development of effective mitigation plans
Data Analysis
- Utilize statistical methods and techniques to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions or challenges.
Reporting & Communication
- Create detailed reports and executive presentations to communicate findings to the leadership & key stakeholders.
- Present analysis results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Support organizational change management and facilitate communication to ensure adoption at all levels of the organization
Collaboration and Support
- Establish effective relationship with executive leadership and other executive stakeholders.
- Lead cross functional discussions and engagements to address challenges and business needs.
Compliance and Governance:
- Maintain documentation of projects including charters, plans, status update reports, change requests and lessons learned to support transparency and reproducibility.
- Uphold data privacy and security measures in all analytical activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
EXPERIENCE:
- 5-8 years relevant experience in project/program management, transformation or change management roles in a major organization.
- At least 3 years of Hands-on experience in a PMO function overseeing & driving strategic initiatives
EDUCATION
- Bachelor s degree in Business Management or equivalent professional qualification.
- Certified MS Power BI / Data Analyst Associate, MS Office (Excel) Specialist, Analytics Professional
- Project Management Certification (preferable)

- Deep understanding of transformation and initiatives management
- Excellent communication abilities to convey complex information effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to create high-quality executive presentations
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and interact with professionals at all levels
- Strong cognitive reasoning (e.g., Abstract, logical, verbal and numerical etc. .)
- Full Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI).
