Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Sign and acquire top tier restaurants and onboard them into our cloud kitchens.
  • Proactively identify and generate new leads, be involved with cold calling and meetings to build new business partnerships.
  • Develop and present strategic expansion plans to potential partners.
  • Consult partners to understand their business needs and demonstrate how the cloud kitchen model can facilitate their growth.
  • Coordinate the seamless logistics of partner equipment with the Operations team.
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations, Real Estate, and Construction teams.
  • Guarantee a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for all newly acquired partners.
  • Maintain and update critical data within CRMs.
  • Decision making through data analytics.

Desired Candidate Profile

A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in partner acquisition within a similar industry (e.g., Cloud Kitchens, Food & Beverage).

  • A valid driver's license is a requirement for this position. Please only apply if you have this.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, demonstrated by the ability to successfully lead key meetings and close deals.
  • Highly data-driven with a working knowledge of CRM and BI tools; familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and Looker is a significant advantage.
  • A strong, verifiable track record of sales achievement and meeting targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to foster effective teamwork, communication, and commitment across multiple, often competing, internal groups.
