Collaborate with product owners and architects to define application design and development strategy.

Contribute to the overall technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Ensure adherence to software development standards, quality assurance, and secure coding principles.

Drive innovation in web technologies and frameworks for performance and scalability.

Participate in sprint planning and provide estimations and technical insights.

Develop full-stack web applications using modern frameworks such as React.js / Angular (frontend) and Node.js / Python / Java (backend) / C++.

Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for modular and scalable systems.

Develop secure authentication and authorization systems (OAuth2, JWT, SSO, Keycloak).

Integrate front-end interfaces with backend services and databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure responsive, user-friendly design implementations.

Optimize code and queries for maximum performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Write reusable, testable, and efficient code with proper documentation.

Perform peer code reviews and unit/integration testing.

Stay current with emerging full-stack technologies and recommend improvements.

Work collaboratively with DevOps, QA, and Cloud teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and interns.

Participate in project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Effectively communicate technical issues and project updates to stakeholders.

Maintain high levels of accountability, collaboration, and professionalism within the CoE.
