Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze advertising marketplace trends using BigQuery and Tableau to proactively identify anomalies or system issues

Debug campaign performance problems by diving into data across multiple systems and platforms to determine root causes

Partner closely with central ads product and engineering teams to communicate marketplace insights and support product development

Maintain operational excellence by creating and updating monitoring processes, documentation, and troubleshooting guides

Provide data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to optimize advertiser experience and marketplace health based on campaign performance analysis and marketplace analysisQualifications

Required Experience

3-5 years of experience in ad operations, product analytics, or similar technical role supporting advertising platforms with proven track record of solving complex, multi-variable problems. Experience with restaurant delivery platforms or performance marketing platforms would be great to have.

Advanced SQL skills with experience querying large datasets in BigQuery or similar platforms, including complex joins, window functions, and performance optimization

Working-level proficiency with Tableau or similar BI tools, including building automated alerts, statistical analysis, and data modeling

Strong analytical mindset with ability to systematically break down ambiguous problems, form testable hypotheses, and develop structured investigation methodologies

Experience working with advertising metrics and auction dynamics, with ability to identify correlation vs causation in campaign performance data and marketplace behavior

- High-level technical understanding of software systems, including APIs, databases, and observability concepts, to effectively debug issues across complex AdTech stacks
