Roles & Responsibilities
To own the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to post-delivery, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience. The Sr. Sales Account Manager will act as a strategic partner to clients, maintaining long-term relationships, conducting satisfaction assessments, and identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and continuous service improvement.
Key Accountability
• Identify and qualify leads to build a strong client pipeline.
• Meet monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue goals.
• Develop and present customized service proposals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration.
• Provide market insights to support recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-tier service delivery.
• Manage activities and reporting through our CRM (Odoo).
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in business development
• Proven experience in B2B business development, preferably in the services sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis.
• Experience using CRM tools and maintaining documentation.
• Experience in Saudi and GCC market is preferable.
